Ros has also written Selection and Recruitment which investigates the issues and contradictions surrounding assessment, recruitment and selection, and addresses the day-to-day practicalities of setting up strategies and policies within a business. Ros has significant consulting experience with group processes in change and innovation in organisations, particularly trust formation and its role in developing new ideas and ways of working.
