Ros Searle (née Forrester) is a chartered occupational psychologist
and a lecturer in Occupational Psychology specialising in personal and team
development and coaching. Ros has also written Selection and Recruitment
the issues and contradictions surrounding assessment, recruitment and selection, and
addresses the day-to-day practicalities of setting up strategies and policies within a business.
Ros has significant consulting experience with group
processes in change and innovation in organisations, particularly trust formation
and its role in developing new ideas and ways of working.
