Andy has an impressive academic record and work history, including lecturing at the Surrey University School of Management, the London School of Economics, the Management Development Institute of Singapore and Beijing Polytechnic University. Andy consults mainly in the strategy, change management, globalisation, public sector and healthcare management areas.

Andy has worked for the NHS and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education and carried out consultancy work in the fields of healthcare, television and radio, finance, politics and automotives. Andy has also written and contributed to over 50 books, articles and conference papers.
